There are no returns allowed. We will only exchange an item either
for defects or for an alternate size or color in the same product.
Unless defective, monogrammed items are not exchangeable for alternate
sizes or colors.
* We will only reimburse shipping expenses for damaged or defective
products. If an item is returned to be exchanged for an alternate
size or color, buyer pays all shipping costs.
